Resources for Kids and Teenagers


If things are not right with you, talk to an adult you trust, mostly talking to your parents is the best first step. Sometimes that doesn’t work and then your teacher or a close relative who is an adult can be a good option. Other people who can help check things out with you are your General Practitioner or School Counsellor.
